Hair Wash
A hair wash is so much more than just cleaning our hair, it’s like therapy. Make sure that you wet your hair thoroughly with water before shampooing. The shampoo lathers better on wet hair and spreads evenly on your scalp. So you need lesser shampoo to wash your hair Use lukewarm water to rinse your hair. The warm water helps to open the cuticles of the hair so that the shampoo can penetrate deeper and remove dirt and oil from the hair. The open cuticles also are able to absorb the oil and moisturizing effects of the conditioner better. Mix the shampoo with some water. This will ensure that the shampoo spread evenly throughout your scalp. This also helps you to reduce the quantity of shampoo that you use each time. You should lather from the roots onto the ends of your hair. Never scrub the scalp with your nail. Never to apply a conditioner on your scalp, as that makes the roots oilier than they naturally are., You should apply the conditioner from the mid until the ends of your hair. The ends of the hair are the driest and need additional moisturizing, so apply more conditioner at the ends and leave it on for longer. Continue with your shower while you allow the conditioner to work its magic. Rinse your hair under cool running water to wash off the conditioner. The cold water will help close the cuticles and retain moisture. Not rub your hair with a towel to dry it. Instead, gently pat to blow dry your hair. Thereafter, allow your hair to dry naturally.
